Collagen Matrix Names Charles (Chip) Ross as Vice President, Human Resources
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Charles (Chip) Ross as Vice President of Human Resources at Collagen Matrix, Inc. Mr. Ross joined Collagen Matrix in December 2022. Chip brings 30+ years of human resources leadership experience across multiple industries and organizations, with focus in talent development, organizational effectiveness and culture planning.
Prior to joining Collagen Matrix, Chip served as Senior Vice President- Human Resources for MANA Products, a private-equity-owned contract manufacturer of beauty products. He led critical projects to ensure 90+% employee retention by focusing on employee engagement, leadership development and organizational planning.
Previously, Chip held human resources and talent leadership roles at Avon, Parker Health and Merck Pharmaceuticals, including their Medco subsidiary, where he successfully led the people aspects of the world’s first automated pharmacy. He has also been an independent consultant for various organizations, specializing in organizational change and transformation, talent and organizational planning, Human Resources transformation and change management/communications. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from West Chester University and a Master’s degree in Teaching from Fordham University. He is a Hogan and Predictive Index certified assessor and is a certified DDI trainer.
Chip is responsible for leading our complete Human Resources function for both the US and the Netherlands teams.
